Team Training Philosophy
|
Being a Hammerhead is special. Hard work equals pride in our sport. All athletes are set up for success. We don’t train to be better trainers; we train to be better racers. We develop the weak side to compliment the strong side. Bi-lateral breathing is essential to having an even freestyle. Drilling and swimming all four strokes is the key to success in any event.
